The ‘nduja is one of the products of excellence of Calabria, typical of the town of Spilinga (VV). It is prepared with pork meat and hot chili pepper of Italian origin. To savour its authentic flavour it can be enjoyed on hot bread, crostini and pizza. It is also delicious to enrich pasta dishes, or combined with vegetables and legumes or whatever else your imagination suggests.
