A family that has been working closely with meat for 3 generations produces this local salame from Brescia.

It is made from cuts of noble pork parts. The meat is cleaned, ground and the mixture consisting of pepper powder, salt, spices and natural flavourings is added.
The mixture is hand stuffed into natural casings and tied.
Local Brescia salami has a typical cylindrical shape with a weight ranging from 500 to 850 grams.
Being a 100% natural product, its seasoning varies depending on climatic conditions. The ageing gives the paste, which is semi-compact and ruby red in colour, a fragrance of natural aromas and a sweet and delicate, slightly spicy flavour.
